Who We Are
Federation of Indian Industry (FII) is a leading and fast-growing chamber of commerce in India, serving as a vital link between Industry and Government. FII is actively engaged across key sectors including MSMEs, Agriculture, Services, and the Indian Diaspora. We provide policy inputs and advisory support to industries and State Governments in areas such as industrial development, investment promotion, and Ease of Doing Business reforms.
FII has established a strong presence with Chapters in 62 countries and 22 Indian states, supported by 25 sectoral committees. Our membership comprises industrialists, entrepreneurs, professionals, key opinion leaders, philanthropists, and business organizations. With a network of over 5,000 members and partnerships with numerous industry associations, FII is dedicated to fostering innovation, facilitating strategic collaborations, creating business opportunities, and contributing towards the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, while strengthening India’s industrial and business outreach across the globe.
FII also works closely with the Indian Diaspora to strengthen India’s economic engagement with the global diaspora, facilitating cross-border trade, investment, and collaborative opportunities.
FII also publishes a monthly newsletter titled “Bharat News by FII”, showcasing positive developments and success stories of India across 145 countries. Our regular initiatives, including weekly “Talk with an Expert” sessions and daily digital business information bulletins, provide valuable insights and growth opportunities for our members.

It is with immense pride and a shared sense of purpose that I present the profile of the FII Kaushal Vikas Mission. We at the Federation of Indian Industry have always held the belief that India's human capital is its greatest asset. However, the bridge of skill development must be constructed precisely and quickly if this demographic dividend is to become a global economic force.
Our goal is more than just to train people; we want to empower them as well. We want to make today's young people into professionals who are ready for the job market and have the technical skills and soft skills they need to succeed in a world where competition is fierce. To ensure that our trainees are prepared for the particular requirements of the workforce of the 21st century, our strategic focus extends across high-growth sectors that constitute the foundation of the modern economy.
In addition, we are aware that the "Make in India" initiative is heavily dependent on the engineering and automotive industries' technical foundation. Our programs in hospitality and housekeeping both place an emphasis on operational excellence and the high service standards required to maintain India's reputation as a world-class hospitality destination. We are committed to training compassionate and skilled persons able to provide essential clinical support in the vital field of healthcare.
